On average, someone spends 12 hours per week on dialysis. That's why we're asking you to join the #Challenge120 squat or skip challenge this June
The challenge is to complete 120 squats or skips every day over the 30 days of June. You can split the challenge however you like, Skip one day, squat the next, or choose squats or skips every day throughout the month. It's your challenge your way, but it works out as a total of 3,600 squats or skips in total.
Take on the challenge at your own pace at the gym, at home, during the day or in the evening, get squatting or skipping and raise money to fund vital research which will change the lives of people living with kidney disease.
