Bereavement and loss can turn everything upside down. Whatever you’re feeling right now is OK, there’s no right or wrong way to grieve, but sometimes it’s good to talk.
We've partnered with GriefChat - an organisation created with bereavement experts, that supports us, to put you in touch with a trained bereavement counsellor for kind, confidential support.
You can access the chat function by clicking on the button at the bottom of your screen where we hope you will find support and signposted to other support if you need it.
It’s free to use and you can stay anonymous. GriefChat is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
